AF1: Harlem to the World
Art Direction and Design
For the 35th anniversary celebration of the AF1, Nike relaunched the Roc-A-Fella Air Force 1 Low by Kareem 'Biggs' Burke. Responsibilities included art direction for the launch campaign, which involved creating ROC-inspired graphic posters, taking over a city block to create an outdoor gallery, designing apparel and merchandise, social media content, overseeing a symposium talk at the New Museum, and coordinating various other retail and out-of-home activations.
